Simple basis.
Most RV stair assemblies bolt to the floor and include additional holes on the vertical plate.
Install mounting bolts.
Poke the supplied carriage bolts through holes that match the mounting holes of the pocket. Production models of the pocket mount will be slotted.
Loose fit the pocket.
Fit the pocket mount to the carriage bolts.
Install nuts and washers.
Repeat these installation steps on the left hand side of the step assembly now.
Drop in the post assembly and lock up!
